Terms and Conditions
Custom CommissionsCustom commissions are created according to the client's agreed-upon request. Before work begins, both parties must agree on the scope and requirements of the commission.

Public ReleaseIn the event that the commissioned audio, pictures, and/or video will be released publicly, it is vital that the terms be agreed on prior to the completion of the project.

Refunds;Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of commissions.Refer to the Refund in the Pricing Section

Unauthorized Distribution1. I will first contact you and request that the unauthorized content be removed.
2. If the content remains available, additional action may be taken against the account responsible.3. Copyright/DMCA claims may be filed where applicable.4. Further legal action may be pursued when necessary.

Additional editingAnything going over a Minute for Audio/Video Editing. Will need to negotiate before the Commission is Started.
Payment
Payments are currently accepted through PayPal.Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refunds
Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of commissions.If I am unable to complete your commission for reasons on my end, you will receive a full or partial refund based on how much work has been completed.Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind requests after work has begun.
Scheduling & Turnaround
Current Queue
Standard TurnaroundCommissions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.Standard turnaround is approximately 7–14 days, depending on commission type and current workload.Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. You will be informed before the commission begins if a longer turnaround is expected.
IRL Standard TurnaroundCommissions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.Standard turnaround is approximately 2 month+, depending on commission type and current workload.Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. You will be informed before the commission begins if a longer turnaround is expected.
Scheduling
When you agree on what's going to be commissioned from Rose (Me). You'll be placed in order on a first come first served basis.Max Commissions at a time is FIVE.
Rush Options
24 Hour Rush Orders; +100% surcharge.
48 Hour Rush Orders; +70% surcharge.
72 Hour Rush Orders; +60% surcharge.
96+ Hour Rush Orders; +50% surcharge.
Rush fees will also be included in the commission fee total. All commissions which are requested with a turnaround time that is 96 hours to the standard turnaround time will carry a rush fee of 50% only.
IRL Content
There are IRL commissions that are available for photos and videos.All IRL commissions are 18+ only. Certain requests may alter the price of the commission based on the amount of nudity, clothing, background, editing, or other specific requirements.
General Terms
All custom IRL requests need to be negotiated and mutually agreed on prior to the start of the production.
Payment is needed prior to the start of the process unless stated otherwise in writing.
I reserve the right to refuse all requests that I cannot deliver.
There may be an extra fee for editing or special production needs.
Any extra fees will be negotiated prior to the commission being placed.
Distribution
Commissions made through IRL are for personal use by the purchaser only, unless other arrangements have been made prior to receiving the content.Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or reposting of commissioned content is not permitted.

Any article of clothing required for photos/videos will need to be purchased through Throne. We can discuss whether I already own the requested clothing during the commission planning process.
Privacy
Refer to the Terms and Conditions Selection for all the general information.However, all meta data will be removed from all photos and videos before delivery.
Delivery
Once the commission is completed. Files will be sent to the agreed destanation.

Anything that is not found on the following pages is open for discussion.If nothing is talked about at the beginning of the contract/commission and you want to add it in, you'll need to contact me on Twitter or my Email.If both parties can't come to an agreement, the request will be denied.
